Options Below:

1. Bib Exchange - Free if done up to 96 hrs before Race Day, $5 after at packet pickup. Gift it & exchange the race fee offline to avoid processing fees. Shirt size edits expire 10 days before Race Day.*

2. Event Transfer (Distance Change) - Free if done up to 96 hrs before Race Day, $5 after during packet pickup. No refunds in registration fees to switch down distances. Running the wrong distance results in immediate DQ.*

3. Defer your Race to Next Year - Must be done 15 Days before Race Day and costs $10 for 5K/10Ks and $15 for all other distances.*

4. Transfer to another On Hill Events Race up to 11 months from Race Day for credit*:

     $15 fee and must be done 15 days before race day. 

5. Get a Refund if you purchased Race Insurance as you registered.

You must do this by clicking the upper right-hand icon of any website and selecting SELF MANAGE. We can help when we are back in the office, generally Tuesday to Thursday 10 am to 4 PM. However, if you do not reach us you must follow the deadlines above and do it via SELF MANAGEMENT.
